Questions firms ask before they trial

What is included in each tier?
Every tier includes full platform access — unlimited agents, document analysis, persistent memory, self-hosted privacy, and choice of AI model. Higher tiers add more user seats, multi-agent conference mode, priority support, and onboarding.
Are AI model API costs included?
No. AI model usage (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini) is billed directly to your own API account by the provider. Vards AI connects to your API keys — we do not mark up or bundle model costs.
Can I upgrade or change tier later?
Yes. You can move up a tier at any time as your firm grows. Contact us to adjust your plan and we'll prorate the difference against the remainder of your annual term.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. If you would like a demonstration using your own documents and workflows before trialling, we offer that too — contact us to book a demo.
